Some users may encounter situations where the motor does not work during use. 

Why? How to solve it?

1. Electric hoist overload: When the weight of a heavy object exceeds the capacity of the electric hoist, CD1 ton mine electric hoist wholesalers and electric hoist motors may not be able to work. 

Overloading of explosion-proof chain electric hoists is strictly prohibited.

2. Low voltage: If the power supply voltage is less than 10% of the rated voltage, the motor may not start and therefore cannot operate. 

At this point, just stop working, wait for the voltage to be normal, or add a voltage regulator to the circuit.

3. Open circuit or eliminate defects in circuit wires: Repair the circuit, identify the places where the wires are disconnected or eliminated, and replace or repair them.

4. The brake wheel and rear cover are rusted and cannot be disassembled: Remove the brake wheel and clean the rusted surface.
